More Local Homeowners Have Contacted Us
This was not an isolated incident.

Another Local Garage Door Company Warned Us
A competing local garage door company also recently did something incredibly kind.

The other company recognized that what had happened did not sound like us. We met with a fraud detective and explained what has been happening.
We were told that the investigating unit generally focuses on individual fraud incidents involving extremely large losses, approximately $500,000 or more. We were also told that Lloyd Copelan Garage Doors cannot make the primary fraud report because we are not the party who paid the scammers.
The homeowners who lost money or were deceived are the direct victims.
