Tune-Up questions
What is included in the Tune-Up & Safety Check?
Your visit includes a full safety inspection, lubrication of appropriate moving parts, a door balance and alignment check, opener testing, safety reverse testing, and clear recommendations if we find a concern.
Are replacement parts or repairs included?
No. The tune-up price covers the inspection and maintenance service. If a roller, cable, weather seal, spring, or another component needs replacement, we will explain the concern and obtain your approval before completing additional work.
What does maintenance cost for two garage doors?
The first garage door is $149. A second garage door serviced during the same appointment is 50% off.
How is a membership different?
Every membership includes the same annual maintenance visit. Standard and Premium memberships add year-round discounts, and Premium also includes priority scheduling and waived service-call fees during the active membership year.
How often should a garage door be professionally maintained?
Annual professional maintenance is a practical schedule for most residential garage doors. If your door becomes noisy, jerky, uneven, or unreliable between visits, schedule service sooner.
